Important Global Supply Chain Issues

We are extremely sorry to report that the industry is still experiencing acute supply issues on certain products. To be as transparent as we can, two brands Parisi and Millennium are the worst affected. We are hopeful that this will clear in a few weeks.

To help customers we have introduced a Ready To Ship system. This is based on information supplied by our distributors. Products labelled as such are currently in stock in large numbers and there should not be any supply issue.

If you are in urgent need of any product you can always email us to check stock availability. We will check directly with suppliers and then be able to confirm availability status.

To customers that have experienced extensive delays, we apologise and will ship the moment we have the stock. We do not enjoy taking your money and not being able to supply your goods quickly. This is not our business model. In these uncertain times though we are not always kept in the loop regarding supply chain information. This causes frustration for everyone. Hopefully, as more shipments reach Australia, the backlog clears Customs and truck haulage returns to normal, then the matter will be cleared as soon as possible. This is a worldwide issue that is gradually being addressed. Australia Post has a dedicated page to the issue.
